I am unable to reply to text messages, keeps saying try again and I can't Facetime. I have reset everything, signed in and out, etc. etc. I cannot select my phone number in imessage settings, the little gray wheel just keeps spinning. What now? I have an Iphone 12

follow all steps here If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support

My brother can’t face but can iMessage he has 8 plus (probably because his mic is Brocken)
