Cash app card

I have a cash app card connected to my IPhone, but recently a purchased was made and I didn’t have the money for it…so Apple stopped me from downloading and making other payments. Besides that I just brought a new cash app card today and I was wondering if everything I did on the old card is going to transfer to my new one
