Apple wallet not working on ios 17.4.1

I went to add more money on my apple id account from my visa card and at first said it went through then it said error try again. Then I went into the link card of my visa and put in the 3 digit number on the back of the card and it worked. The only problem is when I looked on my bank account it said it came out twice not once. On my apple purchase it says it was taken out once. Im wondering if this is apple issue or a problem with my bank itself. Thoughts?
