apple wallet doesn't open because restrictions are enabled
My phone says I have Apple Wallet. However when I try opening the app it says that Restrictions are enabled and therefore it is not available for use

Are you in an Apple Family Sharing group? The family organizer can restrict your Wallet. Do you have any specifics you can share?
