A refund between a merchant and your bank (Cash App/Sutton Bank) is transferred directly. Apple is not a bank and does not process any of the refund or handle any of the funds. Funds are sent directly from the merchants bank to your bank (Sutton). In my experience this process takes 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally, faster, rarely longer.

I requested a refund and they said they refunded me, but I don't see the refund the purchase made through Cash app.
