Security warning when trying to print

Whenever I go to print on my iphone 15 pro max - I get a security warning message saying this is a new printer that I have never used - but it is NOT a new printer. Its the same one I have always had and its on the SAME WIFI.

Any suggestions to make this annoying warning go away?

I hide the printer from the HP smart app. But I still get a message that says printer cannot be found. Using the HP smart app, I selected the printer to be removed but the only option was to hide it. I no longer have this printer. Every few minutes l get a pop up message on the iPad that says printer can’t be found. The only options are to cancel or continue. But neither option works. The printer is no longer listed on the Wi-Fi in settings. Apple IOS is updated to 16.6. how can I get ride of this message ?
