App Store updates do not upload after 17.4

When I press update, it spins around forever and never updates. I press the spinning wheel, and it returns to the “Update”….then my internet drops out, so cannot use anything for up to 30 minutes. This started on 06/03/2024., after 17.4 update. No improvement since then.

Need some advice

I have a 1.0gbps connection and when I try to download or update my apps the speed is so slow. All the status on Apple Support says Active but there appears to be an issue. Bug wit App Store when updating apps when swiping down to see apps that needs update, by pressing update all sometimes update but lags and shows like it doesn’t update and even pressing multiple times , i have the latest ios update on my 14 pro max

Same issue was happening even before IOS update. Currently IOS 17.4.1 I have super fast internet 1G. Really getting tired of Apple.
