Export Recipient Email Address

Hey… can anyone advise Apple script to extract recipient email addresses to & cc, body of email not required, only subject name & to, cc email address then open in numbers?

extract sender addresses from email in my inbox... I have a mailbox where'd I'd like to export/extract the senders addresses to make a mailing list. Is there some 'elegant' way to do so other than copy and paste? Thanks!
