New iPhone 14 Pro is not turning on

It's been a week now, and I can't turn on my iPhone. I've only had a black screen for a week. When I plug it in, the Apple logo turns on and off. I tried to hard restart it, but no result. I also tried to connect it to iTunes to restore it, but no luck either. I tried to contact Apple Support in my country (Morocco), and they told me I have to have a receipt from an authorized seller. My phone is only four months old, still under warranty. I'm devastated, and I can't afford to buy a new one now. PLEASE HELP

The "Up, Down, Side" instructions require some precision:

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP

     then

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN

     then

  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds), ignoring "slide to power off" if it appears

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.
