Please disclose the country or region, so that we may verify your options.
In some countries, only a dubbed edition may be available.
In some other countries, several editions may be available as separate Store items. If that applies, then take care to purchase the intended edition. Options for editions should be listed under How to Watch, if available.
In some other countries, only original language (with subtitles) may be available.
For other titles, several audio tracks may be available with the title. That would be ideal, imho.
This is decided on by the supplying studio, Universal Pictures in this case, per country. Often based on the general (perceived) request for dubbed content in that country. Please give feedback to Universal Pictures about your expectations and wishes (for updated and/or future content).

For each movie in the Store, Apple lists the included languages under the Languages header. Note that it may list original language as well, which doesn’t mean that it is included! That might confuse some users.

If there are no options to choose in your country, and the French edition is not enough for you, then you may request a refund. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
