Macbook draws power from Apollo Twin X

My Macbook Pro M2 is connected to an Audio Interface (UA Apollo Twin X) via thunderbolt. And the interface to a power supply. Even when the Macbook power is not connected, it is drawing power from my interface. And as a result, the Interface constatly produces a very high frequency sound wave. But as soon as I connect the macbook charger too, the high frequency noise of the interface is gone. My concern is this annoying high frequency, not the macbook charging from the interface. But I feel that if I can stop the macbook getting power from the interface, the high frequency sound will be gone too. Is there anyway to stop the macbook getting power from thunderbolt connections? Since it already has a magsafe charing port.

Hey, I have the same problem since last year October, when I got my MacBook Air M2. Couldn't find a fix though. I tried changing the Apollo, changing cables, rooms, power supplies, even contacted universal audio but they didn't have an answer either.

Unfortunately the only option is to leave it plugged in. But don't worry, Apple itself said it's not doing damage to the battery whatsoever.

I heard that some people used the thunderbolt port on the right side of the MacBook (opposite side of Magsafe) and it worked, but that option only works for MacBook pros.
