How to restore deleted journal entry?

I accidentally deleted an entry from my iPhone Journal app, and I want to restore it. Is there any option where it gets stored, such as trash?

Or since I didn't write anything new, is there any way to restore the whole app to yesterday's version?

Apple Journal entries disappeared on my iPhone 14 Pro Max I have been writing in the Apple journal app and had switched all my entries from notes to the journal app. last night I opened the app to begin a new entry but all my previous journal entries in the app were gone. iCloud backup does not restore them. I tried. I googled. I searched. ive learnt a few lessons here and wont be using that journal app again. anyone else experience this? If so what is the solution? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
