I’ve restated and reset tower I’ve signed in and out of my WiFi. This stated happening last week. I’ve been on the phone with T-Mobile and they advised it’s an apple issue. Help!

It's not really an issue. It's iOS letting you know your router is set to use an outdated, and easily hacked Wi-Fi security setting. Such as, WEP is very, very easily hacked. WPA1 is also vulnerable.
Go into your router's settings and make sure it isn't using anything lower than WPA2-PSK. Change the settings as necessary.
If your router is old and doesn't even support anything higher than WEP and/or the original WPA, then you need to get a new router and throw the old one out.

Go in settings then either general or about, but there’s a setting for Privacy and Security, I bet it’s set something weird If you can save your important information and write down your password but if the stuff I said earlier doesn’t help just reset your phone, Do u know how to fix activation issue due to find my being on under old Apple ID?
