Is there any way to run a 2001 MacOSX operating system on a modern Macbook M1 running MacOS Sonoma?

I recently found a Powermac G4 Quicksilver from 2001. I found out it had motherboard issues and it wouldn't turn on. I was wondering if there is any way I can try to boot up the hard drive using a modern MacBook M1 running MacOS Sonoma.

No. It won't work that way. No Mac can boot a version of macOS earlier than what was on it when originally built. M1 Macs came with at least Big Sur (11.x). That Quicksilver Mac topped out at 10.5.8 if it was even upgraded that far. That old disk may also have been formatted as HFS, in which case no Mac running Catalina or later could even read it.
