It's hard to say for sure, since I don't know what car you have, but if it's a newer car, there should be an option for Bluetooth on the screen. You'll just need to pair your iPhone with that, following the instructions on-screen.
If it's an older car, you may have to connect your iPhone via aux, which will require an extra adapter (USB-C to aux adapter).
