Why is there no search function in each podcast show???

This is one of the more frustrating aspects of Apple Podcasts, the inability to search within a podcast show, which means I have to scrolllllll forever to find something. Other podcast apps allow this (see attached photo) and it's such an integral part of the experience that I can't understand why it's not here.
