Low iPhone notifications sound

So my iPhone notifications are way lower than usual. In settings, it says that the notifications sound is at max(100%). When i get a notification, sometimes it’s loud enough to hear and sometimes its not loud enough. I cant understand how to fix that, it came out of nowhere.
