Apple Trade in issues
Traded in my MacBook Pro and was quoted a trade in price of $275. Laptop was in excellent shape when it was shipped back in their packaging. Apple claims screen is burnt which it was fine when shipped. Either UPS threw the package around several times or Apple doesn’t want to honor the trade in. I should not be held accountable for shipping damages. Laptop never left the house or my desk and worked perfectly fine. What action can be taking to get the trade in?
