How to recover missing iTunes purchases on new computer?

I’ve downloaded and paid for hundred of iTune’s Music content and only see like 20 songs in my new iTunes I just downloaded to my new Computer? Account matches my phone, computer is authorized but show a heck of a lot less songs than my iPhone again same account
