How do I downgrade from Sonoma?

Upgrading to Sanoma on my Mac Studio from Ventura has caused the links in my Indesign file to not show, it does not show them as broken. but you have to relink them to get them to display. I have over 1500 images in this file. I have over 16000 in another that is affected. Please help to revert to old OS

Before downgrading, have you checked the display performance settings? Images as gray boxes, looks like Fast display. Change to Typical or High quality?

To "go backwards" you need to make certain you have at least one Full recent backup.

Then you will need to completely ERASE your Mac, and re-install older macOS, then restore your files from backup. You will be spending ALL DAY doing nothing but this.

¿Are you quite certain the Vendor does not have a fix for your issue?

it is really odd that these links would break and that everyone who upgraded is screwed. Do they have a more recent update that fixes this issue?

If readers here had a fix for this, it would already have been posted in this discussion.

You can use links you just posted to this public discussion to illustrate what you are talking about, without having to do backflips to send them screenshots etc.

The recommendation is to ask the Developer to help you understand why this is happening, in hopes THEY have a fix for you.
