How to find emojis after new iOS update on iPhone?

On my iPhone, when I used to go to messages, I'd want to send an emoji. On top of the 100s of emoji already there, Apple had groups of emoji that were the same that you could use in iMessage. I know they had a group of sharks and a group of dinosaurs (and many others), and they had different emotions on their faces. I can't find them now. What happened to them? I love the sharks. I've included one so you know what I'm talking about.

Thanks!

That's close, but not quite it. I don't want my shark making faces based on my face. They had them before where the shark faces were already made. So there was a shark with a heart, a crying shark, a shark with its head blowing off. They were pre-made emojis. I don't know when they disappeared, but it was recently. I think I'd get to them by going to my emojis, and there would be frequently used emojis (where I still have a few sharks), and I'd swipe, and I'd get a choice of sharks, dinos, and chicken, but again, they already had expressions on them. It's going to be very hard for me to get a head blowing off on a shark memoji! ;)

An image of my iPhone frequently used emoji and you can see 4 of the sharks there but I can't find the rest.
