Incompatibility with M4 Universal Audio Apollo Solo

I am having software security issues. But before I get there I want to make sure that my MacBook Pro 14 has ports compatible with the Thunderbolt C that is required for the Apollo.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.2
