Iphone 11 suddenly has inverted colors and lines

my iPhone 11 was working perfectly fine until I turned it off and when I turned it back on my screen glitched

the day after I spilled water on my phone and it gave me a warning but I left it out to dry and i got the water out and the warning didn’t show up again so I’m not sure if the water caused this. And I’m not sure how much this is going to cost to get fixed.
