An AppleWatch I don't own set to receive "Notify When Left Behind" Notifications!!?

There’s a Notify When Left Behind notification set to be received by an Apple Watch. The problem is I never set this notification, I never owned an Apple Watch and I don’t currently own one.

Apple Support by phone is content saying that "It doesn't mean anything. It's a generic way of referring to other devices." The problem is that that notification use to refer to my iPhone. I find the answer I was given unacceptable given the salaries of developers and all those in charge of producing these softwares and apps. The devices are not exactly cheap either. I believe it's reasonable to expect a more carefully thought out answer here.

Has this happened to anyone? What do you recommend, besides changing my password?
