I can’t remember my ID and passcode to my watch and it has an activation lock. How can I get it off?
How can I get the activation lock off my Apple Watch if I don’t remember my Apple ID or password

If the above links don’t work for you then you cannot turn off Activation Lock. Your only hope then would be to present yourself and the watch, along with your original purchase receipt, at an Apple Store to see if they will help you.
