Once the iPhone is reset to factory settings, then all data will be initially deleted. If you will be restoring the iPhone from a backup (iCloud or Computer) then the Shared Album will return. This is because the Shared Album is associated with your Apple ID and not with your iPhone. This means that the Shared Album will appear in all devices that you use the same Apple ID on.
