Why is the purchase date of my iPhone 1 January 1985?

Hello I bought my a brand new iPhone 14 2 months ago until I found “warranty expired” in the settings and when I checked its coverage the purchase date was 1 January 1985 and I live in North Africa were there aren’t any apple stores I bought my iPhone from a normal phone store trusted one actually

i don’t know what to do now

what are the solutions if there are any for my condition ?

The "trusted" store sold you a used phone or at best, a phone that was not refurbished by Apple.

Ask the store for a refund.
