Bluetooth Stuttering on Iphone 13 pro Max

I've noticed my Bluetooth has been cutting in and out on my Iphone 13 Pro Max. It first happened with my AirPods a couple months ago and thought that maybe my ear buds were messing up. But just recently I installed a new Bluetooth radio in my car and it does the same thing.... So far I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone and took it out of it's case and nothing seemed to work. I would also like to add my ear buds and the radio work fine with everyone else's phone.
