How to pin a text file in front of all windows on my imac desktop

I simply want a small text file to display permanently on my iMac desktop - in front of all other windows. Is this possible? TIA.

iMac 27″, macOS 14.4

Open the stickies app.

Create your note

Select "float on top" from the Window menu
