Wacom Security or Apples preventing them working together

I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, but the same error message continues to appear on my MacBook Pro M1 Max Sonoma 14.3.1. Whenever I attempt to use the pen, this warning message pops up. I have gone through all the support available, but I am still unable to resolve this issue. Can any one help?
