MapMyRide overriding Apple Workout on Watch

How do I stop MapMyRide from showing on my Apple Watch. I am now losing my Apple workout information. I want Matt my ride to stay on my phone and the Apple workout to be only thing going on my watch.

Fitness App: iPhone vs. Apple Watch My question concerns the Fitness app on my iPhone and my Apple Watch. On my watch, I select the "Outdoor Walk" and "Outdoor Cycle" workouts every day; and when I'm done I have to select that I'm Done on the watch. My question is -- can I make those workout selections from my phone instead? My watch is so hard to get to when I'm bundled up for winter, so I'd like to be able to select the workouts from my iPhone instead, even though I'm wearing my Apple Watch. Thanks in advance!

How do I edit the type of Workout on Apple Watch How do I change a workout type, as I accidentally tapped Running Workout and it should have been Outdoor Bike?
