Unused Apple TV subscription

Hi, unnoticed by us we’ve been paying £6.99 a month, rising to £8.99 a month, for 10 months now, for an Apple TV subscription we’ve never used.

i know how this happened, mg question is should Apple not be able to tell we’ve never used it and refund us, or let us log in now and use it?

Incorrect

i went into live chat, they could see we used the three months free trial, then stopped.

So we’re getting a refund of all the months we paid for a service we didn’t use.
