Spotify overrides SharePlay even though it is toggled off

I have deactivated SharePlay via my settings in my phone. However, anytime I am listening to Spotify and I receive a call, it could be a regular call or a FaceTime call, Spotify starts playing over top of my call. Even when I press pause the music will start playing as soon as I raise my phone to talk. The only way for me to bypass that is to completely deactivate and turn off my Bluetooth. How do I stop this from happening?

How to permanently disable SharePlay pop-up on iPhone 14? Every time I open my iPhone 14, I get the little screen that says SharePlay with (my husband's name) Tap To Open. I do not want to see this every...single...time! I have gone to FaceTime and turned off SharePlay. I have even turned off FaceTime, but this little screen keeps popping up. It does disappear when I go the main screen with all the app icons. A similar thing happened after I listened to a Podcast. Even closing all the PodCast apps that little screen kept popping up when I opened my phone. Maybe different issue? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Disable SharePlay completely I have turned off SharePlay on my iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. So it should not be possible for anybody to initiate a SharePlay with me or for it to ever start. just moments ago, while watching Hulu on my Apple TV, I answered a FaceTime call and the TV gave me the option about doing a ShareTime. (The person calling me was in no way attempting to do ShareTime with me.) And ShareTime is off—on my phone, which is what I was talking on and on the Apple TV. What is happening? I don’t want to have to adjust it every single time someone calls me on FaceTime. I’m never going to use ShareTime and I thought turning it off on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV was the answer. I should never see a dialogue box and have to choose if the service/option is turned off on my end. Why is it still happening?
