FCPX crashing on export

FCPX 10.7.1 crashes to desktop when exporting a 105m project. I've deleted all render files and settings and copied the timeline into a new project. The crash report is too long to attach or paste into this box.

Please tell us more about your project, your drive, your FCP version and macOS version.

One of the most common issues is lack of disk space, in the system drive and/or the media drive.

Whenever the application crashes, delete its preferences.

The crash logs are not very useful, except maybe for developers.

Instead, run Etrecheck and post its full report here.

It's too long to post directly, so click the "Additional text" button and paste the whole report into the text box.

Mac Mini 2018 i5 3ghz 16gb RAM 500gb internal SSD. 185 Gb free

Exporting to 1TB high speed external SSD with 250gb free.

The project is 4K 60FPS

The project is not showing any areas as corrupt or unable to render.

I have reset the settings, copied timeline into a new library, deleted all render files and removed any elements causing issues

The FCPX crash report is far too long to fit in any text box on this forum - it is over 25,000 characters.
