How do I unlink two iCloud accounts

I just bought a new iPhone. It updated all of my information using my old iCloud information ***s@yahoo.com. I have since then updated my iCloud with ***i@icloud.com. How can I get them unlinked so my phone can update all my applications with the most recent updated applications and passwords?
