Sadly, there's no easy way to cancel the "approve all day" setting on iPhone Screen Time. But, there's a trick you can use to temporarily stop apps from working until the 24 hours are over.

Here's what you do:

  1. Open Settings, then tap on Screen Time.
  2. Go to Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  3. Type in your Screen Time passcode.
  4. Tap on Content Restrictions.
  5. Select Apps.
    1. You have two options:Choose a lower age limit: This will block most apps because they won't be age-appropriate.
    2. Don't Allow Apps: This will completely stop all apps from working.

Remember: Whatever option you pick, make sure to come back to these settings the next day and change the age limit back to normal or allow apps again to get things back to normal.

This trick won't directly undo "approve all day," but it will stop apps from working until the 24 hours are up.
