Yes Im being changed on random times during the month and different amounts ? For what is being labeled Apple iTunes can you please explain what this is about ? I have absolutely no recall or knowledge of what I received for these charges.

First determine those are real charges on your account, or just scam phishing messages trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
