Shortcuts sending messages via whatsapp not working (invalid recipient)

Hello ... if you want to enable automation via shortcuts to send messages via whatsapp stopped working ... iphone to iphone works fine but iphone to android it says "invalid recipient" ... so to be more specific

I have a sim card with some contacts ... if I put the sim card in an iphone .. sending whatsapp messages via shortcuts to any sim card contact works .. but if I put the same sim card in an android phone ... "invalid recipient" message appears for any of the contacts.

PS .. it used to work in previous ios versions

Any thoughts?
