My Phone Number is not Receiving 2FA codes anymore

I have my phone number being used on multiple apple ids. Seems like there is a situation where my phone number has reached a limit. When I try to login and choose my number to recieve code it says "too many codes have been sent" it also instructurs to try the latest code I have received, which doesn't work either.

Not able to use call option either.

I run a software team and this is been a real blocker for some of the accounts where I was given access by my customers.

Quick and effective response to get out of this situation will be really appreciated.

I am guessing Apple's standard system is designed with a single user using a single account in mind. Once you start doing things with multiple account then security features could be triggered. From an Apple Recommended (an older forum system whereby Apple officially designated a reply as likely containing a solution) reply by ASC contributor Eric Root:

Too Many Codes Sent - Apple Community -- "Normally, the wait time is 8 hours after the last notification."

If you keep on triggering this then you will have to change the way you handle these accounts. Apple does have services for enterprise level management of multiple accounts and you may need to transition to that.
