Will the iOS 16.6 update improve the efficiency of my iPhone 8?

First of all, iOS 16.6.is not available now.

iOS 15.8.2 —> iOS 15 is compatible with these devices.

iOS 16.7.7 —> iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 are compatible with these devices
