Does my iPhone have ‘Rat Malware’?

My office spam system recently started filtering emails coming from my own my email address saying something called “Rat” malware was installed on my iphone, threatening disclosure of my personal information, compromising photos etc unless I pay money. Is this just a scam? I am concerned because I recently gave my business card with my email and iPhone number to a person I met at a business function.

It’s a scam. See→Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams

RAT is Remote Access Trojan. There are none that can infect an iPhone.
