Vertical lines on iphone se 2020

Some letters on my keyboard when messaging started not to work. When phone is in portrait it is the letters i, j, k and m. When in landscape position all the letters in the middle line don’t work.

Then a single vertical black line appeared.

When taking screen shots 3 or 4 other vertical lines appear. In the screenshots you can’t see any lines.

I have tried re-setting and making sure all software is up to date without any success.

Any ideas?
