I got charged twice for "Apple" on my credit card for $10.62 and $9.56 this month.

Is one for my Apple ID storage (which I don't want) and one for Apple TV (which I do want.) I was charged $10.62 for the past three months but $9.56 is a new charge. I see that my Apple TV is $9.99 a month which I assume is the $10.62 including taxes and fees (but not listed in my account!) but why another charge?

Any help? Thanks
