Podcasts Won't Download on PC

Podcasts are not downloading on my desktop. I've used iTunes for years. Download them on PC then transfer to my android phone. Now they have an exclamation mark and won't download. No other podcast downloader will retain the names of the individual episodes except for iTunes, so I see no alternatives. I'd sure like to fix this.

Podcast not updating in iTunes Hi - my podcast is The Juice & the Sauce and my RSS feed is https://thejuiceandthesauce.podbean.com/feed.xml. I published a podcast episode yesterday morning (5/20), but noticed an audio issue on my end. I corrected the issue and republished the episode last night to override the episode with bad audio. When I play the episode from the host website the new version plays without issue. I refreshed my podcast feed on Itunes Connect twice, which iTunes confirmed went thru. However when I play the episode from iTunes it still plays the old episode with bad audio. Any idea what can be done so iTunes correctly pulls the updated audio file? Thanks, Greg

podcast wanting to re-download Hello! I have a small but weird issue that's really grinding my gears. Occasionally when I open iTunes, podcasts that I have already downloaded will show the cloud symbol next to them and need to be downloaded again. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? It's not the end of the world except I backup my local iTunes library to a NAS and then point my Sonos at it so my backup is constantly removing the tracks and reading them once I have re-downloaded them. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions!
