iCloud account and YouTube

My daughter somehow created a YouTube creator account with her iCloud email. Over the weekend Google must have done some sweep and it was erased. Her iCloud account was not tied to a gmail account (silly on us but we didn't know it needed it). Is there anyway to recover?
