I was hacked and they changed my Apple ID I’ve been locked out off it for security reasons it states.
i have contacted apple twice and they have tried to help and say there is nothing they can do but to forget about the account, it is for work and has stuff on there I need.
can anyone help or point me in the right direction as to where I can help my self and my business email.

Are you using iCloud mail? In that case you can not access your mails, until you can use your Apple ID account again.

You would have to look at recovery options if you had a secondary email to recover your id or through your phone number it would be possible. I’m surprised weren’t those options mentioned by the tech ?
