Hi -- I have identified the names of the bulk of individuals in my photo library. about 20,000 photos
Some "groups" are auto created, mostly logical groupings, but some are not. -- How can I delete an undesired group?

You cannot edit these groups, as they are created automatically automatically.
If there are wrong groups, it is an indication that one face in a photo has an incorrect name or a photo has a wrong place assigned.
You may want to open the group and check the photos in that group to identify the photo with a wrong place or incorrectly named face.
I am only looking at these groups when I want to find photos, where the automatic face detection made a mistake. they are very useful as a warning that something is wrong.
It is in Apple's Photos application.
If you select a person under People and Pets and scroll down, almost to the end... It creates groups with that person and some other "logical" associations... which sometimes is incorrect. this is why I would wish to edit or delete some of those app generated groups.

I have worked thoroughly on my library since a long while, and all faces are correct (either automatically identified or manually added) -- some of the "groups" have bundled unrelated persons.
Of course I can ignore those groups, but I would have found it useful to have the ability to correct the grouping.
I still hope to find a way.
Where are you seeing these Groups? Apple's Photos application, Google Photos, or some other photo manager?
