There are photos in the library iPhone that I want to delete, I transferred them as a backup to my Mac and the option to delete does not exist on my iPhone anymore.

Only photos that have been saved to Photos on your iPhone from the Camera or other apps can be deleted from the iPhone. You cannot delete photos, that have been synced from a computer and are showing in the albums "From my Mac". To delete these synced photo you have to sync the iPhone again with the computer. The new sync will replace the photos from the previous syncing.
You can sync from any computer to delete the last synced photos. You need only to use the computer where the photos came from, if you want to keep some of the synced photos.
