That depends on where you are located. Just go to the Apple online store in your country and pretend you are buying one and you will find a place where they give you a list of the keyboards available. No problem for Russian in the US.
If your local Apple online store does not offer it, you would have to either travel to a country where they do have it or buy from a non-Apple source. Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.
