Unrecognized login items

grand rising everyone. So, I have a few unrecognized login items om my iMac 2015, ones that have never been there before, and I have not installed anything really new in a long time. There are two exec files: one labeled "open" and the other labeled "rm", both from unidentified developers. if I click the little information icon, it opens up to even more exec files, and why may be perfectly normal, but I feel like I would have seen them before when snooping around my computer. there is also what looks like an app with no icon labeled "Mykola Grymalyuk", which just sounds nasty even reading it. Are these items ok? why have they never been there before? and I don't mean "why haven't I seen them before", I mean they were never there.
